Waterfall ice January 29, 2004
Taken at dusk with an underwater light shining up into the waterfall.
The underwater lights in the pond show strange shadows of the fish
under the ice. The pump is left on around the clock all winter.

Here is the waterfall two days later.
Nearly fully enclosed in ice, the water is still flowing underneath.
For the first time, we do have some glacier type flow to the edge of the pond.
We may be losing some water. I'm checking the water level in the skimmer.
